I will guide you through every step of your home buying process.
We’ll start by defining your needs versus wants: location/neighbourhood, age and type of home, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, garage, size of lot, waterfront/waterview, plus any other features on your checklist!
I will create a search portal based on your home buying criteria and you will receive matching homes as soon as they are listed on the market.
Together, we’ll visit homes of interest to you. Once you find your perfect match, I will help you submit an offer to purchase.

Fulfill conditions of your offer (mortgage approval, insurance, inspection, deposit).
Meet with a Real Estate Lawyer to complete your buying transaction.
Prepare to move: notify service providers / pack / arrange for a mover.
On closing day, do a final walk-through of the home with your REALTOR®, sign final papers with your lawyer.
Get your keys and start unpacking!!
