    • The home buying process is less stressful if you know upfront what you can afford. Also, home sellers have more confidence if they know potential buyers have financing in place.

    • I will guide you through every step of your home buying process. 

    • We’ll start by defining your needs versus wants: location/neighbourhood, age and type of home, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, garage, size of lot, waterfront/waterview, plus any other features on your checklist!

    • I will create a search portal based on your home buying criteria and you will receive matching homes as soon as they are listed on the market.

    • Together, we’ll visit homes of interest to you. Once you find your perfect match, I will help you submit an offer to purchase.

    • Fulfill conditions of your offer (mortgage approval, insurance, inspection, deposit).

    • Meet with a Real Estate Lawyer to complete your buying transaction.

    • Prepare to move: notify service providers / pack / arrange for a mover.

    • On closing day, do a final walk-through of the home with your REALTOR®, sign final papers with your lawyer.

    • Get your keys and start unpacking!!
