A few summer security reminders
Summer is an active season for many families with vacations, more leisure activities, entertaining, and more. With busy or long days, It can be easy to forget important security and safety measures around your home that could lead to theft or break-ins. Here are a few small reminders for you to consider!
Lock all cars and RVs. Don’t leave anything of value in your vehicles and make sure loose change or similar items are in a compartment and not visible.
Because we tend to leave window coverings open more often and for longer periods to let in the sunlight, with blinds and curtains open, go outside and look through your windows. Notice what others see when they look inside.
If you will be away on vacation, ask a neighbour or friend to look after your house.
